Historic place in the city center. Courteous and quick staff. Pizza leaves a little to be desired with too crunchy dough. The choice of beers is limited. Prices normal

One of the few pizzerias with prices that are not sky-high as has now become usual both in Messina and in other areas. The quality is not affected at all, in fact it has always remained high over time. Usual location, perhaps a little dated, but probably also popular for this reason. There is also a covered outdoor area.

06/05/2024: All based on fish... Always fresh and delicate.. especially the raw fruit-fruit combination.... You have to go
04/05/2024: We wanted grilled fish and were not disappointed! The boss showed us the fresh fish from the catch of the day and we chose ours. Grilled sea bream for 2 which arrived whole. The boss came to ask if we were ok to peel it ourselves (which was the case). ), and we had a great time!! The pistachio ice cream was also a treat and all at a reasonable price.

29/11/2023: We were in Taormina in mid-September and found this place while Googling for a vegetarian restaurant - we were not disappointed! The ambiance is fabulous, we loved every wine we tried, and the bruschetta and tiramisu were delicious!! Unfortunately, we didn't get back to try their pasta dishes, but if we ever make it back to Taormina, I hope Timoleone's is still there. We met the owner, who was friendly, down to earth, and you could tell he loved and took pride in his restaurant. We saw him working as hard as the staff!! Five stars all the way!!
