Tartare with peanut butter - madness. An unusual and subtle combination. Expressive, but not intrusive. A very nice, nice and professional gentleman with shaggy hair who served us. I RECOMMEND! 💚 🥗🥩

I ordered a salad and pecorino+prosciutto bruschetta, which didn't look like anything special, but it was very delicious! The local beer was perfect because it was a fruity craft beer, and the Pienza local wine recommended was refreshing and light, so it was good to drink at lunch. Above all, he speaks good English and is very friendly.

While exploring Pienza we saw the words craft beer which caught our attention . They open at noon and we made a point of coming back. It did not disappoint! We got IPA’s and they provided cheese, prosciutto , and bread. Also had amazing glass of wine. Service and food were great, but the information provided was priceless. Highly recommend a sit at Prosit.

Excellent beer, I had the IPA, service is also excellent, the food is very well presented with all the details including the provenience and the way it was made. Best Tiramisu I ever eat. The good thing is that they have local food.
