I went to this place a few weeks ago for dinner. I wanted to get some typical local food but to my surprise the kitchen was closed and only pizzas were available. Nothing exceptional, mediocre both in terms of dough and seasoning

Restaurant with 15 tables, more or less. They have a menu with many pizzas (they looked very inviting), but you can also ask the waiter for the menu of the day, which varies. We took two appetizers (the grilled vegetables and the accompanying flatbread were very good, amazing!), some maccheroncini with meat sauce and a busiata with swordfish, pine nuts, raisins and swordfish (very good, with a delicate flavour) and a waterfall. The first ones were with little salt, but this is just my taste. We spent €47.

We are only in town for a couple of days and a local had recommended this restaurant. It was incredible! We don’t speak much Italian and our server was very kind and patient. It was also some of the best food we have ever had. I couldn’t recommend this spot enough.

Intimate and homely environment, well managed and pleasant. Traditional dishes made with care. The pizza is also worth it. The house wine is good. Honest prices.

Ristorante tipico del luogo , carino accogliente.. se vi trovate a Nicosia non potete non assaggiare le prelibatezze del ristorante Quadrifoglio, Michele saprà consigliarvi al meglio … ! Tutto super buono abbiamo gustato veramente tutto. Staff veloce preciso attento ad ogni richiesta.

08/04/2024: After taking a walk in Catania, I arrived in Regalbuto hungry. I didn't want to eat pizza/sandwich, and the lady offered to make a different dish for me. The flavor was wonderful, thank you!
