I stayed for 3 days and found myself comfortable with everything and with excellent food.

Very nice and clean rooms. Staff nice and accommodating, would stay here again and again!

Strategic hotel located a stone's throw from the center of Vipiteno. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. The rooms are quiet.

I can only rate the restaurant, we stopped here for lunch while passing through and ate very well. The service is friendly, you sit close to the street but you hardly notice it because of the flower pots. Food was very good - large selection, large portions, good price. I can warmly recommend it

Good place to stay for the night. Even though this is Italy, almost everyone here speaks German. English understand beautiful place with mountains around

In a strategic position, just a few minutes from the motorway toll booth, a few minutes from the Rosalita lifts for Monte Cavallo, a few steps from the Balneum center (for which the hotel has an agreement) and a few steps from the historic centre, at the Hotel Klammer awaits you in a comfortable and familiar environment. The rooms, recently renovated with modern lines, are spacious and well furnished. USB sockets available in the room to conveniently charge your devices, safe, LED TV and very comfortable beds. Very comfortable table and stool and modern and not at all annoying lights. The restaurant offers well-cooked and prepared local cuisine. The homemade dumplings are excellent and recommended. Good desserts and fabulous breakfast. During breakfast it is possible to find every delicacy, from sweet to savory, from healthy to the most delicious. In short, a place truly worth visiting. The only small negative note that prevented me from giving 5 stars to the rooms are the bathrooms in the family solution. This room is made up of two communicating double bedrooms, beautifully furnished as described. The bathrooms, however, are rather dated, blind and made of resin, similar to those of the mobile homes found in the villages. However, they were perfectly clean and tidy. I believe the owners will also renovate the bathrooms in the next few years. For the rest of the services, a well-deserved 5 stars!! Until next time!!

Warm welcome, very clean rooms and wonderful breakfast!

Abbiamo cenato molto bene, degustando piatti della tradizione locale. É solo risultato un po’ fumoso il momento del pagamento in quanto ci é stato presentato un totale senza rilasciarci alcuna ricevuta riportante quanto avevamo consumato con il relativo prezzo.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per una serata in settimana. Il locale è enorme e comprensivo di 3 sale interne ed è parte di un albergo in pieno centro. Noi siamo finiti nella sala al fondo durante il servizio della cena dell’hotel (penso) visto che al centro c’era il self service. Un’atmosfera stile “crociera” con molto brusio ma comunque un servizio puntuale ed attento grazie a Giuseppe, il nostro referente in sala, che era davvero in gamba. Il cibo non ci ha colpiti particolarmente ma comunque il prezzo non era esorbitante quindi nel complesso direi esperienza media.
