Always very good! Cool and relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, but without losing speed and professionalism. We recommend the starter meatballs (very tasty) accompanied by a basil Maio which is addictive. The choice is not very wide, but careful. Among the sandwiches we took the cesar (personally I would have preferred a little more salad to wash away the sauce, a little excessive to my taste) and the classic, del boia: always excellent, but we remembered it as a little more full of onion, which honestly we liked a lot. Very good accompanying chips. If you still have space, the dessert list isn't bad either.

Overall good, prices normal, staff very friendly. The location is very well looked after but the environment is a bit cramped. Absence of tablecloths on the tables is not really the best choice.

Grill in the center of Varese. 2 of us had lunch here last Friday. Place found by chance. Excellent quality meat, excellent cooking, fair prices. We tried the kebabs as an appetizer, juicy, soft and tasty, really good. We then took a 1kg rib cooked rare, also cooked to perfection, exceptional taste, soft at the right point. Side dish of very good baked potatoes and mixed vegetables. We ate at the social table, that is, a long table where various people, including strangers, eat here. You can also choose to eat upstairs at the normal table. The place is a bit small but the atmosphere is pleasant, informal and welcoming. We had a great time and will definitely be back to enjoy some excellent meat. The butcher shop next door is theirs and they get their supplies from it. Apart from the limited spaces I don't find any other negative sides, approved.

Tried it out of curiosity, they praised this meat a lot, I was expecting an unforgettable product, instead I found a very normal cut, I've eaten better ones in restaurants that don't specialize in meat, informal but pleasant service, small environment and when it's very full chaotic, in my personal opinion the large table to share is not an added value.

Sono stata qui con le mie amiche per una serata in compagnia. Il locale è grazioso e ben arredato ma risulta un po' stretto. Abbiamo iniziato la cena con delle polpette da condividere (come antipasto), seguite da 2 hamburger Beccaria con patatine fritte e una battuta al coltello con patate al forno. La maionese al basilico che accompagnava le polpette ci è piaciuta molto e il cameriere ha gentilmente offerto di portarci ancora della salsa in modo da poterla gustare con le patatine. Un gesto apparentemente premuroso, che però è risultato sgradito quando abbiamo ritrovato le salse nel conto finale. Non è tanto il costo della salsa in sé (50 centesimi per ogni dose), ma il fatto che ci sia stata offerta come un gesto di cortesia e poi sia stata inserita nel conto. Il personale è stato, a mio parere, un po' invadente. Trovare il cameriere che commenta i nostri discorsi con un esordio del tipo "eh che discorsi allegri che fate eh", è risultato a mio parere maleducato. Nonostante ciò, nel complesso è un buon locale, ma non tornerei dato che non mi ha lasciata soddisfatta.

Avevamo voglia di carne e cercando online abbiamo trovato questo posto. Un’occhiata ai menu trovati online e abbiamo prenotato. Battuta di carne come antipasto eccezionale, lamponi e aioli bilanciati alla perfezione. Fiorentina cotta a puntino e servita su una piastra che ci ha permesso di mangiarla calda senza fretta. Il dolce alla nocciola e cachi me lo aspettavo diverso, ma il sapore è ottimo. In generale un ristorante che occuperà un posto tra quelli “dove tornare presto”. Stra consigliata la prenotazione visto che i posti a sedere non sono moltissimi. Prezzi corretti nel complesso, sulla carne si risparmia rispetto ad altri posti con una qualità alta, i contorni forse un po’ troppo cari, ma il tutto si bilancia.
