19/04/2024: Gelato classes with Tulio -- we can't recommend this place enough! He spent over 2 hours with our family of four, explaining everything from history to science to gastronomy. His focus on our kids (13 and 10) was especially nice, and he's extremely entertaining in every way, like "Bill Nye the Science Guy for gelato." A true master. We booked directly with the gelateria via Facebook messenger at 250EUR, which was substantially less than using a guide website that takes a cut of the total. Deposit was paid using the Wise app, with the balance paid in cash (in person). It was a few extra steps, but completely worth it!
