Excellent food... bright place and friendly staff, we will be back

We went for dinner, 7.30 pm and we were alone in the room. The environment is well looked after but doesn't have a personal style, they seem like things put together at random, such as the Easter decorations almost a month after Easter... Food without infamy and without praise, some dishes plentiful, others poor, the casoncelli a little bland, the desserts without personality. Too bad, we had high expectations...

Un ristorante che propone la cucina tradizionale del territorio in modo delicato, con una mano contemporanea nell'impiattamento (bellissimi i piatti che utilizzano) e nell'attenzione all'equilibrio dei sapori. Menzione particolare per il Flan di zucca e gorgonzola, e per il Brasato accompagnato dalla polenta. Interessante la proposta di un piatto vintage come la Cassœula (fuori menù). Ambiente accogliente e piacevole. Un grande ringraziamento a Marco, oste e cuoco premuroso e competente.
