The Antica Gallura Restaurant stands out for its welcoming family atmosphere and excellent cuisine, even during the off-peak tourist season. A delicious lunch with a view of the Gallura hills, in particular their seadas proved to be a culinary pleasure, among the best tasted in Sardinia. We can't wait to return and experience the delights on offer at Antica Gallura again! Vittoria and Nicolò

Today we went to eat at this place for the first time. We had a great time. We made the fixed menu with all the typical Gallura dishes. Simple, refined and welcoming environment. I would happily return.

Welcoming and spotlessly clean environment, friendly and attentive staff.... The food was excellent, the suckling pig I have never eaten was better than this. Account absolutely adequate for the proposal. Positive is the fact that you can choose between the fixed menu or the à la carte options. Absolutely worth trying.

Heerlijk eten, je proeft dat alles vers is en echt goed op smaak! We hadden de suckling pig en de gnocchi met Ragu saus. Het hoofdgerecht komt zonder sides dus die moet je los bestellen, we hadden lekkere oven aardappels en salade erbij. Het eten was echt perfect! Ook de locatie is romantisch, een mooi gebouw in sfeervolle boerderij stijl en echt perfect onderhouden. De toiletten ook netjes en schoon en de tuin met parkeerplaats mooi verlicht. Dikke aanrader met echt Italiaans eten! Vriendelijk personeel ook. Niet allemaal kunnen ze Engels maar hè; we zijn wel in Italië hè :)!

Trattoria Moderna Il Mattacchione

13/03/2024: What a fantastic experience! I recently went to Il Mattacchione and it was a fantastic experience! The culinary "journey" proposals are different, complete and dedicated to everyone (they can be mixed with the a la carte choice if you don't want to just follow a menu). An experience to have if you want something new and fresh compared to the classic restaurant proposals. Thanks to Rossella, her dining room assistant (whose name I apologize for but I don't know) and Chef Giuseppe because they were perfect in everything. Definitely an experience worth repeating!
