We found a refined environment with professional and welcoming staff. They managed to get my husband to eat vegetables. They were too good. I recommend the molecular cream spheres for dessert. And last but not least, a very welcome gift: a bottle of an excellent organic oil

In the center of Saturnia, an elegant but very welcoming place, the food was all excellent, the best chocolate cake with freshly made ice cream, the staff, two enterprising, kind and smart young people. I'll be back.

The restaurant is located 2 steps from the main square of Saturnia and the car park.
It is at the top of some stairs which makes the view from inside very impressive.
The menu is small but with large and very interesting ideas for innovation.
The quality of the products is high, on several occasions we were shown the quality of the meat served.
The service is elegant and punctual, but with a few smiles which is always a pleasure.
The bill is high but for an evening out for dinner in such a nice place and for the quality of the food, it's ok.

Very nice place in the center of Saturnia. Each dish was beautiful to look at but also and above all good to taste. I had an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert: all delicious. The dish I liked the most was the low-temperature egg on potato cream with truffle. But everything else was remarkable. The cooking of the meats (we took rabbit and lamb) was really special. In addition to the technique, the dishes are characterized by the use of local products.

Being customers of the previous management, we decided to try this new one, remaining a little disappointed, not so much by the quality (even if clearly superior to that of the previous management), but by the relationship with the price. Somewhat skimpy dishes and nothing exciting, paper excellent wines as always, very pleasant service and environment.

Perfect dinner experience. Followed the recommendations ‚di giorno‘ of the chef and were more than happy. A real Italian dinner you should not miss when in Saturnia.
