Excellent courteous and friendly service, very good home cooking

Every time we go to Bellavista it is simply wonderful! Wonderfully good food, superlative service, spotless surroundings and it's like being at home. The owners are very kind and very nice. When my friends from Livorno come to visit me they always tell me: "I recommend booking the Bellavista". A truly Michelin star place! Congratulations from me and my friends!

I'll start by saying that the restaurant is run in an informal manner and in any case it puts you at ease. The menu has the flaw of being a little too limited: for example there are only three starters (one of which is ham and melon... even at the end of October!!!). The prices are probably the lowest I've found in a restaurant in recent times. The cuisine features typical Tuscan dishes and I confirm that the flavors are exactly those. The portions are quite generous. Perhaps I notice some flaws in the service: in fact we ordered more than one first course and the waitress brought very little parmesan! The house wine was vinegar, bad bad. But it must be said that the grill was excellent with excellent cooking. The crostini sauce is Olympic. They also produce two truly exceptional products: ice cream and limoncello, which is offered on the house at the end of the meal. We'll come back and explore the menu
