Excellent representation of the culinary art of Parma. The encore of tortelli with truffle is excellent as is the veal tip stuffed with parmesan. Fabulous cured meats and desserts.

Excellent service. There was no appointment and it was possible to have a table. Magnificent decoration. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food on point.

We went for a quick lunch during the week. Very nice atmosphere, a place with its own character. We shared cured meats with fried pie and giardiniera and then anolini in broth for both of us. Finally, an apple puff pastry with homemade vanilla ice cream. Everything was excellent and the service was friendly but friendly. Note the bread basket with clearly artisanal sandwiches, breadsticks and other items.

Torno a scrivere di Cocchi anche perché è in corso un cambio di gestione. Se in passato ho ritenuto Cocchi il meglio della ristorazione parmigiana, debbo, dopo esserci stato 3 volte in una settimana, affermare che la novità gestionale non ha inciso in nulla rispetto al passato. Una continuità che è simbolo di perfezione in cucina e in sala. Un impiattamento che mantiene lo stile della casa e un menu coerente, appunto con il consolidato stile, fa ben sperare nel futuro, atteso il fatto che la vera cucina parmigiana comincia a soffrire di una ibridazione che ne snatura i tradizionali contenuti. Certo, l'invidia è una brutta malattia sociale. Però meglio invidiati che compatiti. Non è vero amici della prestigiosa ditta Cocchi? Grazie e buon lavoro
