We ate 3 tuna dishes and all 3 were delicious: tartar, lasagna and ventresca. The recommended wine was also up to par. Very friendly and attentive staff

Truly the best restaurant in Carloforte. Their signature dish (Fressina) is just to die for, like the tuna tartare or the carpaccio or even the tuna belly! It was absolutely exquisite. We even came back twice during our short 5-day stay on the island! Needless to say, the staff is extremely friendly! A beautiful story of family and men, well done!

A great time spent discovering a 7-course, 7-glass tasting menu based around bluefin tuna, a specialty of the island (all for €95, with generous portions, water and bread included). Homemade dessert to choose from on the menu, each more delicious than the last. Hazelnut chocolate dome and small ravioli to finish the meal.
A treat for the taste buds with excellent service, including a sommelier carefully explaining each wine on our menu.
The chef takes the time to greet his guests.
It is truly a must for anyone passing through the island.

Very nice and well-kept place and very welcoming staff, they put us at ease and were kind, precise and quick throughout the evening. Excellent food, the tuna starter is among the best dishes I have ever tried, the first courses and desserts are also excellent (unfortunately we were too full for a second course). Good value for money, the raw materials were excellent and you could feel the quality of the fish, we will certainly be happy to return!

Andrea mantiene il suo impegno e grande esperienza di ristorazione per una cucina sana e saporita che rispetta il valore degli alimenti, con particolare esperienza sul pesce. I prezzi sono medi ma c'è la possibilità di condividere i piatti per assaggiare più pietanze perché le porzioni sono abbondanti. Ottimi gli antipasti, i primi ed i secondi di pesce, con possibilità di gustare il famoso tonno rosso di Carloforte apprezzato in tutto il mondo (i Giapponesi partecipano sempre alla mattanza e purtroppo si portano via i tonni migliori). Il servizio è gentile e pronto, l'attesa del piatto è confortata da un ghiotto stuzzichino. Ottima cantina di vini regionali.
