Chosen as the caterer for our wedding, a very rich buffet which received compliments from all our guests, very kind and efficient staff, the strong point of the whole lunch was the fillet which was a great success. Furthermore, in addition to the buffet, the bartender welcomed all the guests with special cocktails and everything ended with bitters, the lunch accompanied with wine in unlimited quantities so as not to leave anyone empty-handed. Stefania is a very nice person, professional and efficient in managing the entire event, having everything under control. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for their wedding

18/03/2024: Large and nice looking room. Excellent pizza with the possibility of tasting particular and delicious combinations or traditional combinations with a choice of basic dough. Various types of pizzas between flat and high. I'll be back, a pleasant discovery made yesterday thanks to some friends. Reservation recommended.
17/03/2024: The stars would be +if there was more coordination in the service. The pizza is good, but if there are different doughs the times between one pizza and another are too long. Be careful, pizzas arrive that are not hot or one eats and the other watches. Very kind staff.

23/05/2024: In Bologna you eat well in the center, basically wherever you sit, but at Pan8 you eat very well. The sandwiches are extremely filling and with excellent tasting products. You are very close to the other diners, but this is the common feature if you eat in Piazza Maggiore. The service is simple, but the staff are quick, friendly and the bill is brought out on a platter with a button of vegan dark chocolate, suitable for anyone. Very clean sanitary facilities. The only flaw, so to speak, is the slightly high cost of the beer which, not being artisanal, seems excessive to me to pay €5.50, but it's still in the center of Bologna so it's okay. Highly recommended, especially the "simple" mortadella, buffalo mozzarella and pistachio cream.
