I ate inside and found the place very nice and clean, I really liked the ceiling with the wooden beams and the stone cladding. The dishes are plentiful and of good quality, the staff are polite and knowledgeable. I found the bill commensurate with the products and services offered. I will definitely come back

Very fresh and genuine products with the taste of times gone by. Truffle carbonara is something magnificent. Excellent service .

We had a very good lunch at the da Rosa restaurant. The place is very nice, surrounded by greenery.
Excellent cured meats and first courses.
The desserts also delighted us. We will definitely be back.

However, the gnocchi with duck sauce were disappointing. That is, the gnocchi were good and well-made homemade, but the duck sauce was anonymous, tasteless and almost absent, nothing to do with the duck sauce made in the Marche region.
A note on cooked wine: the manager tells us that it is difficult to find, that he has a few barrels of it himself and the prices are very high. It's not true, you just need to know how to look around and you can find it at affordable prices and also very good...

Sono capitata qui sotto consiglio di un amico ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa .
Oltre alla gentilezza del proprietario e dei camerieri abbiamo mangiato davvero bene , carbonara al tartufo a dir poco speciale , cappelletti in brodo buonissimi , tagliata ottima . La scelta dei piatti non è vastissima ma c’è un menù del giorno che cambia costantemente. Ottimo qualità prezzo .
Tornerò presto .
