Ristorante - Hotel Villa Mabapa In Venezia

An amazing stay if you want a unique experience away from the centre of Venice. Located on the neighbouring island of Lido, it’s a 20-30 min boat ride from San Marco and a 35 min ride from Tronchetto. The property has a great view of the waters and offers a peaceful experience. They arranged a complimentary taxi ride to Murano island, which was great, since it takes quite a bit of effort and time to get there through public transport (boat). Overall, I am glad I picked this stay for my second visit to Venice. Definitely made the experience a bit different and worthy of sharing.

So overall I would give Hotel Villa Mabapa 3 stars due to a few factors which I experienced whilst visiting in March 2024. First of all the location of the hotel is great, not far from the water taxi stations which makes it very easy to travel to and from Venice. The breakfast at the Hotel wasn’t great, having very little options to actually choose from. Not much hot food like sausage, bacon and fried eggs which was mentioned on the hotels website, it was more like cereal, pastries, yogurts etc, as you could imagine this can be very boring eating it every day as there is little to no change in the breakfast menu from what I saw. Also, I found the customer service at the front desk to be quite poor due to fact that on our last night at the hotel I did not have any milk in our room so I went downstairs at 10:00 pm and asked the receptionist if I could have some milk to make a hot drink, her response was very blunt “ sorry it’s too late now and therefore you cannot have any, you can come down in the morning and get some before you leave” bare in mind, me and my girlfriend told her we are leaving at 2:00 am to go to the airport 5 minutes before. Also, as shown in the pictures bugs were found in our room and on the floor. There was also a hole in the wall. Also to mentioned YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY DRINKS YOU HAVE FROM YOUR “MINI BAR”, as me and my girlfriend found out when we checked out. I won’t be staying at Villa Mabapa again.

Thank you for staying in a triple room for 3 nights. It was a relaxing, clean and very nice hotel! (＊^-^＊) Please use this as a reference for those staying overnight ↓↓ The room is spacious with a bathtub, and the atmosphere is very nice! The bed was soft and was cleaned and towels changed every day. A kettle and refrigerator are also provided here. I could hardly hear the voices in the next room. If there is a parking lot available, you can rent a space on the premises for free, but the entrance and passageway are narrow and may be difficult to find. When you arrive, call the front desk and they will guide you! Breakfast is very delicious and high quality! The focaccia, croissant, juice, and latte were especially delicious. The warm scrambled eggs and tarts and cakes that change every day are fun, and the waiters are also wonderful ♪ It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the vaporetto stop, but the walk along the sea is pleasant! The inn has a restaurant, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby!

Amazing hotel, very clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. I could write and write about this wonderful place, but you better see it for yourself! If we go to Venice again, we will definitely stay here! Thanks to the entire team of this hotel!

Not a bad hotel. We booked a room for 3 nights. The room itself is not bad, but needs renovation, but the bathroom is small, but comfortable and clean. The description indicated that the room had a kettle, tea and coffee, but upon our arrival there was none of this, but the problem was resolved quickly. Polite staff. The hotel itself is quite beautiful, green, cozy courtyard, terrace. Breakfast is good enough for all tastes. I liked the convenient location, 15 minutes from the ferry, beautiful view.

Hotel on the Lido of Venice in an excellent position: quiet, quite convenient for ferries, very convenient for ferries. The reception was very kind and available to give valuable information and advice. Rooms in need of renovation and uninspiring breakfasts. However, the quality-price ratio is decidedly high. Advised

Que les puedo decir el personal es de la más servicial qie se pueda encontrar, el cuarto está de buen tamaño, las amenidades y servicios excelentes, el desayuno variado y muy basto en general excelente el hotel regresaré siempre que regrese a Venecia

Breakfast is not varied in other hotels which are better. Very good location. normal price.

Ottima soluzione per scoprire il lido di Venezia. Un isola particolare, specie in fine stagione, con angoli poco noti ed il lido vivissimo. L hotel è bello, sistemazione ed accoglienza ottima. Prezzo interessante.
