Excellent dinner Klajdi was an excellent server and recommended a wonderful wine. Steak was great, only wished we had ordered more!

A Great Food and Service . Mr Arber super focused on customer experience! He indicated to us the best traditional foods and wine recomendation! Everything was Great! Congrats for the Service ! If you are coming to Firenze I do recommend IL Paiolo

This restaurant is highly recommended where the service is excellent and the food is delicious. I ordered the chef's recommendation with a bush meat flavored meat that was delicious! The pasta carbonara was the best I had between Rome and Florence; Sometimes they would come with some meat dishes that you really craved! Prices in line with most restaurants I tried in Italy as normal, dishes at €14/15, desserts at €7. The negative note was that the cost is higher than normal, they charged us €4 per person.

Il locale è molto elegante e decorato. Il servizio è troppo frettoloso, consiglierei di accettare meno clienti e di servire con calma i clienti al tavolo. Ho ordinato una ribollita Toscana ed essendo la prima volta che la mangiavo devo dire che era ottima, anche se me la immaginavo diversa. Poi c'era la pasta delle lasagne alla bolognese che non era compatta e croccante come dovrebbe essere. Il personale era sorridente e attento ai dettagli. Carina come cena..... Prezzo nettamente alto per il mangiare ordinato.

28/05/2024: Sunday lunch, typically Tuscan atmosphere, inevitable details and great attention to traditional dishes. Example of a place that pleasantly surprises even those who have been eating and drinking in Tuscany all their lives. We will return, with the same embarrassment of choice when faced with the menu!!
