I ate in this place for Easter lunch, therefore with a pre-established fixed menu, despite the restaurant being fully booked and with many seats, I ate really very very well, the memorable Jerusalem artichoke gnocchi, risotto cooked to perfection, fillet as well .....impeccable service, very nice place.. What can I say, congratulations to everyone, with so many people it's not easy to work with so much professionalism and love... well done! Highly recommended ❤️

We arrived by motorbike and unfortunately we had little time. We only had two first courses, but they also brought us a taste of risotto and a taste of dessert. All very good and delicate, super service and location. We will return with more time to try the complete proposal

raramente si trova l'eccellenza in qualsiasi aspetto si possa considerare in un ristorante come a La Buta ; location elegante ma informale, il cibo dagli antipasti al dolce tutti superlativi il personale di sala gentile e professionale. Una menzione di merito particolare al giovane Riccardo che si muove con una classe innata tra i commensali. meritano sei stelle

PRIMO pronto in tavola

30/03/2024: I opted for the pinsa n16: sausage, chopped pistachios, aubergines and stracciatella. The food deserved 5 out of 5 stars, quick service despite the crowds on the Saturday before Easter, a quiet environment and friendly, quick and competent staff. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended
13/03/2024: I go there often and the quality of the products is very good. At midday you can have quick lunches even without a reservation, but in the evening a reservation is better.

Castello San Gaudenzio

09/05/2024: The castle is very beautiful...the standard rooms are normal but inside there are frescoed rooms like a good part of the castle. Very well-kept garden and excellent restaurant
07/05/2024: A hotel that utilizes a small old castle. The atmosphere is great. Especially the vestibule. There seems to be a lot of thick fog around here in the morning, and the atmosphere of an old castle in the fog really shines. The rooms are laid out around a courtyard. The courtyard was under construction when I used it, but the view from the window of the guest room was quite good. Of course there is no washlet in the toilet, but there is a bathtub. I'm happy for Japanese people. Breakfast is the best. Breakfast in Italy was...It was the best breakfast that completely betrayed my expectations based on the previous information. The restaurant in the hotel was also pretty good (although I honestly don't remember much about it).
