Good selection of raw materials and well-prepared dishes, attentive service and courteous staff. At lunch it is decidedly quiet and you can better enjoy the position on the canal port.

We arrived during the communion period and the place was packed almost to closing time. Vlada had us seated within minutes and after 10 minutes we ordered. Table Set with simplicity and elegance we had the opportunity to taste a plate of tagliatelle, mussels, calamari and clams. Excellent quality and the right quantity to make two men who have just returned from a table tennis tournament feel satisfied. Applause and thanks go to Laura from the Centro Federale di Senigallia for recommending it to us.

I went for lunch on May 1st with a group of 19 people.. we ate very well and in addition to the food the staff was attentive and fast. I also thank the owners for all the assistance before lunch. Thanks again for everything

A wonderful surprise and with a really good quality-price ratio! The paccheri with raguse were really excellent, already cleaned and removed from the shell, a gesture of great attention to the customer. The oysters are also excellent, delicious!

we ate very well the staff was very courteous the starters are not the usual obvious starters but I must say very imaginative good combinations value for money excellent nice and nice environment they will definitely see me again

Incredibly good fish restaurant Whether it's a warm or cold starter, it's a real treat (nothing looks fishy - everything is super fresh). The main course, whether fish or pasta (seafood of course), convinced us that Pagaia is the best fish restaurant we know. The wine selection ranges from “simple” but extremely good table wine to €400 champagne. The clientele is mixed, which gives the relatively simply furnished restaurant a special charm; The guests (from all over Italy) have one thing in common: they love good fish.

02/04/2024: The dishes offered on the menu are excellent and well presented, both in terms of the raw materials and the clearly refined plating. Unfortunately, the quality is directly proportionate to the length of the service. Today we waited more than an hour for the second course, without, among other things, having any indication from the dining room staff on the timing (which would have alleviated the wait). One last note, the quality is ok, the refinement is ok but 50 grams (more or less) of rack of lamb compared to a fairly high price I think is hardly justifiable, even though it is an excellent dish
03/03/2024: Lunch with friends. Everything wonderful. We tried the €45 tasting menu. The olive, the tartare and the gnocco are sublime. Elegant, bright environment (with a wonderful window overlooking the surrounding countryside), but not excessively "combed". Well-spaced tables and intimate atmosphere. What can I say, many compliments to the very young chef!

Hostaria La Posta

31/03/2024: Local located in the center of Senigallia in a very quiet street; made in a cellar, with stone walls, very nice. Good food, the calamari was very tender, excellent cooking
