Tutto ottimo !! Siamo stati a cena io e mio marito.. ambiente rilassante , personale gentile e sorridente .. cucina top .. molto curata e ricercata .. si vede che dietro c’è del grande studio e passione !! Da tornarci !!

We had the short journey tasting menu with the paired wines.

Very nice place, friendly staff. Portions a little skimpy, dishes very particular and elaborate but alas I didn't find the wow effect I would have liked! Large selection of wines. However, it is a good restaurant that I recommend for eating something different!

We had dinner with friends and took the full tasting menu. I found the food very good, an excellent compromise between tradition and innovation. I particularly enjoyed the amouse bouche made with 4 typical Piedmontese biscuits but in a savory version. The truly remarkable pre-dessert. The only small flaw was that I found the bread basket not at the level of the rest of the dishes offered. Small but warm and welcoming place as is the service. I can only recommend it and I will definitely come back again if there is an opportunity.

Ho avuto il privilegio di vivere un'esperienza straordinaria presso un ristorante di alto livello. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con premura, persino assistiti nel togliere le giacche e condotti con eleganza ai nostri posti. L'attesa è stata minima, beneficiando della serata con pochi tavoli occupati. La selezione di otto portate, affidata alla creatività della cucina, si è rivelata un trionfo di sapori esplosivi, rendendo ogni boccone indimenticabile. Il servizio, seppur intriso di professionalità, talvolta risultava distante e poco coinvolgente, aspetto che potrebbe riflettere la formalità del contesto. Il prezzo elevato, in sintonia con l'eccezionale qualità dei piatti e del servizio impeccabile, ha reso l'intera esperienza un lusso ben ponderato.
