Good location. Unfortunately the atmosphere is sad. No windows, tiles, plastic chairs. Very unsuitable for the prices. Staff friendly, if a bit careless. The food is overpriced for the quality. My local tuna was thin and overcooked with only a few tomatoes and rocket leaves on the side for 18 euros. My wife's tomato soup with the mussels was great.

Very nice place near Piazza del Duomo, friendly and knowledgeable staff, we had dinner with fairly good pizza, possibility of making almost all the pizzas gluten-free, prices in the average tourist area, next time I'm in the area I'll try the restaurant .

I had dinner at Sciccheria recently. My experience was positive. Qualified staff, excellent quality food. Located in the historic center of Syracuse.

Très bonne pizza, fine, bord croustillant, dessous pas brûlé et pas degoulinante d'huile. Bien goûteuse. Service sympa.

"coperto" added to the bill 20%,so beware before you tip pizza was ok and service too but I seriously doubt they lay this charge on local Sicilians. Turned me off. I wouldn't go back for this reason

Saw the good reviews and gave it a try. Calamari grilled was the best, pizza margherita equally top level. Vongole pasta was very unique and so tasty, we cleaned the plates. They deserve strong reviews, Grazie.

01/11/2023: The trip advisor ad marked this as a £ price range. This was very overpriced for our experience in the rest of Sicily (perhaps not so much relative to other places in Ortigia) Food was good, but portions were quite small.
29/10/2023: Ho amato molto che i tavoli fossero in un vicolo che portavano ad un cortile in mezzo alle case. A lume di una piccola lampada abbiamo mangiato pesce molto fresco e preparato in modo particolare dallo chef. tutto ottimo.

06/03/2024: Great tasting kebabs of good value, service is friendly and efficient. They even remembered our order when we came back the next day - impressive!
17/02/2024: Complice una splendida e calda giornata di sole, inaspettata per essere metà febbraio, il pranzo all’esterno è stato gradevole ed il kebab completo al piatto buono. Le pubbliche relazioni di Aziz, che conosce e saluta tutti i passanti, completano la coreografia. Tappa futura da Aziz ogni volta che sarò a Siracusa.
