I ate today 02/27/2024 in this restaurant with friends. What can I say about this place. Exceptional, fantastic, we are truly at the top of the catering industry. Congratulations to Gabrio- Daniele- Marella - Leonardo and to all the staff.

Sebbene la specialità di questo ristorante siano la bistecca e la carne in generale anche io che sono vegetariana ho mangiato benissimo: una delicata zuppa di funghi, degli ottimi malfatti di ricotta e spinaci con la crema di Castelmagno e un dessert di gelato al caramello salato veramente buono. Ambiente gradevolmente elegante, molto frequentato anche da visitatori di oltreappennino (per la bistecca), conto leggermente superiore alla media, ma ne vale la pena: è un ristorante di qualità, che merita una e più visite.

Bel locale, ottimo servizio, buon menu e buona la carne, ma prezzi un pochino alti.... .ottima la scelta dei vini. Ristorante legato alla tradizione.

06/05/2024: Came to this restaurant via Google; the reviews don't lie. We had a delicious meal here with 7 people! Everyone loved the food. Large portions, good quality food, friendly staff and relatively cheap. Too bad we only had dinner here on the last evening, otherwise we would definitely have come back.
06/05/2024: Informal environment, happened by chance then for lunch. Excellent dishes, even the dessert. Acceptable expense these days. To keep in mind.

24/02/2024: We tried LA BOTTEGA DELL'OSTE GIALDINI 1938. Historic venue, handed down from generation to generation which has managed to maintain the same style of a true Tuscan tavern over time, adding the right touch of innovation. Staff made up of young, dynamic and very attentive guys. Excellent home cooking with typical traditional Tuscan dishes whose specialty is grilled meat. To underline the goodness of the cutting boards, with fresh and tasty cold cuts and cheeses. We tasted two starters from OSTE 1938 (HISTORICAL DISH OF THE TAN) composed of Norcia PGI raw ham, Tuscan salami and finocchiona from Garfagnana, loin, capocollo, pecorino cheeses, fried pasta and mixed croutons, Followed by BRONTOSAURUS STEAK for two, called Tomahawk, the Flintstones steak. Irish rib, in an exceptional cut both from a taste and a scenographic point of view. Everything Exceptional!!! We recommend it.
