I stayed in this hotel with my family during a weekend, but unfortunately the price paid was not up to the services offered by the structure. We had to have the room reserved for us replaced immediately, as the toilet and bidet were very attached, you basically got stuck. I would also like to point out that the air conditioning system in the rooms is a bit obsolete as it is noisy and has little refrigerant. The swimming pool can also be used by those who do not stay in the hotel and therefore more people are created, furthermore it can be accessed without swimming caps; I guarantee that finding your hair on the surface inside the tub is not very pleasant, finding another person's hats on you or even in your mouth is not very pleasant, it would be enough to make wearing a cap mandatory and the problem would be solved. As for breakfast, I can say it's good, but it's very strange that there are no fruit juices in the buffet; when asked if it was possible to have a juice, I was told that they could make me a juice, paying for it as an extra at the sum of €5.00 if I remember correctly. I can say that the structure of the hotel is very beautiful, it has everything that could be useful for a four-star hotel, but in my opinion the management of the hotel should commit to everything that I have described, in order to be able to offer the customer a service worthy of a four star and in line with the price paid for the stay. My review is not intended to be a negative report but I hope only constructive. Maybe we were a little unlucky? We will try again after a year to have a counter test since the location is very nice and relaxing.

Wonderful hotel in a lovely setting. A few minutes from Bergamo. Total kindness of the staff. Super quiet, pleasant, large rooms. A beautiful example of Italian design in decoration. Perfect.

Hotel eccezionale! Nel complesso tutta la struttura è arte, le camere confortevoli, il personale estremamente gentile, la colazione una bontà. Super accoglienza per il nostro piccolo bau. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel ,ci siamo trovati bene. Camere pulite ,ottima colazione. Ho chiesto di fare una sorpresa romantica in camera e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Personale gentile ,ottimo cibo.

Le camere sono un po' vissute, consiglierei di rivedere anche il bagno e curarne di più la pulizia. Colazione molto varia e veramente buona, altrettanto la cena.
