Personale gentile servizio rapido e cibo assolutamente paradisiaco. Non ho potuto assaporare i vini perché dovevo guidare. Forse un filo caro ma ne vale la pena.

Locale nella via principale di Pitigliano ma leggermente appartato (verso la fine della via), dispone di tavoli sia all'interno che all'esterno. Piatti tipici toscani, abbiamo seguito i consigli della gentile Giulia ed abbiamo assaggiato la carne pepata, il dolce e l'amaro tipici del luogo ....abbiamo fatto bene. Prezzo corretto.

10/09/2023: A fantastic place, quiet and with a beautiful panoramic view. Excellent quality food and prices in line with what you eat. Recommended for a Tuscan dinner with their typical dishes
30/08/2023: Relaxation, hospitality, availability, authentic Maremma cuisine, well-kept and spacious rooms: an excellent mix for spending special moments in a characteristic and very panoramic structure, managed with friendliness and professionalism by a family passionate about their 'mission'. To be recommended (and returned) even for multi-day stays!

Fidalma

18/03/2024: Feeling at home, with impeccable service, genuine products, authentic design and a unique atmosphere. Their Burrasca Wine is truly an explosion of flavour. In my 4 day stay I returned 3 times. Fidalma a true journey back in time to the real Tuscany.
17/01/2024: We stayed in the castle of Sorano, I chose the package that included the visit to the cellar - fantastic experience, and dinner (as indicated - tastings of traditional Tuscan cuisine); instead we found anything but tastings - two courses with generous portions of both first and second courses, appetizer, desserts and wines to accompany every meal! You couldn't give up any dish because they were so tasty; very fresh, truly a pleasant surprise. The environment is very welcoming! I recommend it to everyone and I will return next time!
