Thank you for the incredibly delicious and relaxed lunch with you in your cozy room. We've wanted to test the evening menu for a long time, but we've never managed it so far and have now taken advantage of the opportunity to open at lunchtime. Service, ambience, cuisine, wine - all 10/10. We'll be back soon, then in the evening for even more facets - we're already looking forward to that! ☺️

Awesome experience with delicious food and super knowledge and very friendly staff! We really enjoyed the great presentation of each course :) Great wines. Such a beautiful little guest room. Overall very good value for money.

"We can go to the Traube, where there is delicious bread and delicious risotto," was our 8-year-old daughter's answer to the spontaneous idea of ​​leaving our own kitchen cold and going out to eat instead. Despite the spontaneity, we still got a table. However, when we arrived there, we realized that we hadn't been there for (too) a long time. The concept of only offering a single 11-course menu and serving all courses synchronously to all guests was new to us and didn't really fit with our initial situation (one with a big hunger, one with a small hunger and an 8-year-old with a focus on bread and risotto carbonara). We were about to leave again when Christoph Huber promised us in a very charming way that it would be worth staying. At that point we didn't yet know what a favor he had done for us and how right he was. To put it briefly: it was a great experience! One course better than the other! The service is extremely friendly, warm and attentive, the ambience is beautiful, the food is perfectly crafted and creative, without relying on superficial show effects. Very finely tuned flavor nuances, regional and yet cosmopolitan. Wow!!! Our daughter's conclusion: "They deserve at least one star." We can only agree with this and say thank you for an exceptionally enjoyable evening with great hosts. We'll definitely be back - not for another year.

Excellently cooked and staged! We were lucky that our host made us aware of the “Blue Grape” in Lagundo. The quality of the food and drinks was of the highest standard and the way the friendly service and kitchen team led the evening through was a perfect production. We were particularly impressed by how the stories about the dishes were integrated into the taste of the dishes. Many thanks to the team for an unforgettable culinary evening. From the presentation to the taste of each dish, it is a true delight. The creativity and passion that goes into every dish is remarkable. The ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. The service is outstanding, attentive and competent. We know some well-rated restaurants - this one is definitely in the top Michelin league and is a rising star in the culinary world. Conclusion: definitely go and enjoy - after this great dinner we are convinced that the Michelin star will not be long in coming. Wat een mooie ervaring. Helaas werkte het weer niet mee, dus op het terras eten lukte niet, maar binnen was het ook heerlijk. Wat bijzonder hoe alles werd gepresenteerd. Heel bijzonder, alleen het brood al, om je vingers bij af te likken. Mijn man is geen visliefhebber, en toch Saibling en lachs gegeten, en hij vond het zalig. Een kok met een passie en dat straalde uit naar het eten. Alles werd mooi gepresenteerd, en uitleg gegeven. Echt een aanrader. Wij komen zeker terug
