Typical Piedmontese dishes cooked and presented with taste. Delicate and tasty veal with tuna sauce. The "chef's panissa" is excellent, with local rice and beans. The homemade puff pastry of the entree..10 and praise!9

Great service in this beautiful restaurant. Lovely wine suggestion, too. However, I made a mistake ordering the Panissa, the traditional risotto style of the area because it was just too rich and the pork fat element didn’t agree with me. I should have ordered the risotto with zucchini. Next time because I certainly would return to this restaurant if I’m ever in Vercelli again!

I immediately felt at ease thanks to the atmosphere of the restaurant and the very customer-focused staff. The amous-bouche offered by the house was immediately a pleasant and good welcome. The joke was good and essential, well accompanied by the homemade breadsticks and bread, hot as soon as they were baked. In the land of rice, I couldn't have failed to have a risotto, also driven by the curiosity of the uncommon dish (risotto creamed with lemon, with Greek yogurt cream and black cherry powder): the test was passed with flying colors. The quality-price ratio is also excellent.

Small, well-kept place. Delicious dishes, well presented. Wide choice of wines. Price a little high for our city, but the choice of ingredients and the care in cooking them are worth the expense

Abbiamo avuto occasione di pranzare qui settimana scorsa. Per quanto alcuni piatti siano tipici, regionali, dei quali certo non ci stanchiamo, sono presentati in maniera originale. Molo buoni i plin col tè allo zafferano e la guancia in vasocottura.

A Vercelli per una visita alla città scopriamo, grazie anche a Tripadvisor, questo piccolo ristorante nel centro. pochi tavoli su più piani, ben preparati, cameriere molto gentili e pronte nell'accoglierci (la prenotazione credo sia assolutamente nmecessaria). 19/05/2024: Very nice restaurant, very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff, very well prepared and excellent food, 5 stars are too few to represent it, it deserves many more, highly recommended. House starter consisting of: hot salt pie, tartare, veal with tuna sauce, and Russian salad; as a first white risotto, with chopped hazelnuts, second braised meat, the meat was so soft, that it could be cut even without a knife, with roast potatoes, and to finish a tart with amaretti, what can I say delicious, it was too little, and to finish a excellent coffee, everything really excellent, compliments to the chef.

20/05/2024: This is how I imagine a typical restaurant in this area. Excellent food and a good wine recommendation from the friendly staff. We had some problems with English and Italian at times, but everything worked out in the end. Were very satisfied.
25/04/2024: Super lunch. When we entered we thought we would spend a fortune. Child management. Few tables and very attentive welcome. Very good food with quality products. The risotto with saffron and asparagus is delicious, as are the starters, carefully prepared and tasty. In the end with 2 bottles of wine 1 starter and 2 first courses just over 100 euros. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area again. Highly recommended!!
