After almost sixty years of frequenting this place, we can only congratulate the owners for the high quality of the product, courtesy and professionalism. Excellent Monferrato cuisine, with various vegetarian options. Absolutely not to be missed are the mixed fried foods and peppers with bagnacauda, ​​still made like they used to be!! In season, excellent mushrooms.

I ate on the first floor and being near the kitchen isn't the best with the doorbell ringing every two or three, other than that I recommend it for lunches.

We were today April 25th and I must say that expectations corresponded. The hotel is near Murisengo from where you can admire a wonderful panorama. The place is accurate, the staff very kind and welcoming. Excellent typical Piedmontese food in generous dishes! Prices more than fair. I plan to go back! Thank you

un ristorante che in giorno feriale a pranzo è pieno (credo almeno 60 coperti più 5-6 arrivati per secondo turno) non ha bisogno di conferme. Ho deciso di scrivere perchè ho visto alcune recensioni non proprio favorevoli, ma io non ho proprio nulla da criticare. Certo, il vitello tonnato non è "alla moda vecchia" ma è ottimo, qualcosa da eccepire sui peperoni troppo acetosi, ma per il resto tutto ottimo e abbondante. Il bollito fantastico, la carne cruda deliziosa, tanto che noi abbiamo ordinato il bis. E' un ristorante di lunga tradizione e molto conosciuto. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, il barbera sfuso molto digeribile (non sempre capita). Ci torneremo

E’ vero che suicidarsi non è proibito, ma vi assicuro che se andate a mangiare in questo ristorante, in occasione della “Fiera del Bue Grasso” di Moncalvo , è quello che vi succederà. L’occasione si chiama Pranzo del “ Bollito alla Piemontese”. Ma oggi, dopo che i piatti si susseguivano uno dopo l’altro, dalle 13.00, alle 16.15, quando sono passati con il carrello dei bolliti, ho riflettuto un attimo sulle mie carte e ho detto passo. Non potevo fare diverso. Era una questione di vita o di morte. E ho pure dovuto sorbirmi gli scherzi e gli insulti degli amici
