I was in Rome for work, and in the Parioli area there isn't much to do in the evening. I review the restaurants in the area and discover this very small corner of Sicily... kindness in abundance and excellent food with some reinterpretations of the Sicilian tradition which I very much appreciate.
Limited menu (but I think it is one of the advantages) but captivating... therefore absolutely worth trying if you are looking for a Sicilian experience in Rome (even the arancino was good... with the "O" at the end.

Really very small. Reservation required (the owner really went out of her way to find a place for me).

A small restaurant near our hotel, run by a couple. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed the Sicilian dishes that her husband had prepared for us. Highly recommended if you are in this area/district in Rome.

Very good Sicilian cuisine, we tasted the typical dishes, arancino, spaghetti with clams and pistachio pesto, swordfish rolls. All very good and quality. We finished with a space cannoli!

Stopped by here during a short stay in Rome for dinner.
Everything excellent and of great quality at honest prices.
The Sicilian flavor is fully felt.
The arancini (male arancino) were appreciated, but also the divine Messina-style pork rolls and, last but not least, the cod rolls.
40 euros more than honest in Rome.
Fast and kind service. Small and welcoming place but with outdoor seating.

Small but nice place where you feel like you are in Sicily: the dishes (which each bear the name of a locality) are prepared with such care that they excite; they faithfully reproduce tradition, adding highly successful reinterpretations where possible.
Among the others, sublime beccafico sardines, one of the best swordfish ragù, cassata... moving.

Questo ristorante sfugge al prototipo classico perché ci sono pochi tavoli ed occorre prenotare perché si rischia di non trovare posto. Pochi piatti ma selezionati grazie alla qualità della materia prima straordinariamente ricercata. Il titolare e sua moglie ti coccolano come se fossi un ospite di famiglia. La cucina è tipica siciliana. I dolci sono strepitosi. Consiglio il cannolo appena fatto con la ricotta fresca. Chicca di fine cena i liquori casalinghi. Ci torneremo

Locale tanto piccolo quanto interessante. Menù di cucina siciliana. Abbiamo mangiato pasta alla Norma buonissima, risotto delizioso due fritture ottime. Anche il piccolo cannolo molto buono. Sanno fare egregiamente il loro lavoro. Bravi e cordiali. Spero di ritornare presto
