28/05/2024: My wife and I went to this excellent restaurant for a fish-based dinner, welcomed very kindly by the professional and very efficient staff, the place is enchanting, you eat practically on the beach by candlelight with the sound of crashing waves on the shoreline, refined menu, maximum quality and freshness of the raw materials, young chef, very talented with a Michelin star, refined dishes that are beautiful to look at and above all delicious, a price that is more than correct for the quality of the service offered.
Congratulations, a real pleasure to eat with you, Bertolino family from Piedmont, land of excellent restaurants.
We returned to Sardinia in May 2024, for our first dinner we went to Portolano, they presented us the new menu, what can I say... an explosion of unique tastes and sensations, increasingly better, absolutely our reference restaurant in Sardinia, also try you will not regret.

28/05/2024: I was lucky and got a table, but reservations had to be made in advance. Everything was delicious and very nicely presented. I had tuna tartare, tagliatelle with zucchini and buffalo mozzarella, breaded artichokes on a bed of parmesan mayonnaise, a cheese plate and for dessert coconut cake with pear and coffee cream. Really everything was very, very tasty
