Highly recommended restaurant. The crusco pepper is cooked in an exceptional way. All the dishes on the set menu were excellent. Very clean place and very kind staff. Gluten-free is also excellent.

A very pleasant surprise. High quality food, excellent service but the added value of this place is the owner who, with his availability, made the food and the evening even more pleasant. The braised meat, fish soup and all the other dishes are excellent.

Nice place, they let us in with our little dog. The waitresses were kind and quick, the food was good with generous portions, they also have several gluten-free options (even for desserts!) We had a really good time! Fair prices.

Qui preparano una carbonara lucana spettacolare: siamo tornati apposta per riprovare quel connubio di sapori unico che questo ristorante riesce a offrire. Locale piccolino ma con tante prelibatezze in menù. Prezzi onesti

06/04/2024: Excellent place, high level taste and quality. Homemade bread, sulphite-free wine, excellent meats, delicious first courses and the bruschetta with caramelised onion, goat's ricotta, broccoli and Cantabrian anchovies is an absolute must..... a delight!!!!! My husband and I had only booked for Easter but after having lunch we also booked for Easter Monday 😂😂😂. If you are in Matera you cannot miss a meal at Sapori Gluten Free. A special applause goes above all to the owner, a gentleman who takes care of the room impeccably. Thank you, see you soon.
05/04/2024: Beautiful place, we were there today and I must say excellent quality of the products, very good pizza and first courses and good homemade dessert. it's worth traveling 50 km, we will definitely be back!
