We found this restaurant on the Michelin guide. The room is very beautiful with a classic style and with a garden which has great potential in summer. Courteous staff. We were a little disappointed with the food. We ordered two first courses and the bigoli in particular were a bit tasteless.

Abbiamo pranzato di ritorno dalle cure termali. Ambiente molto curato con possibilità in stagione di mangiare all'esterno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. ottimi gli antipasti, il radicchio di campo , la guancia di vitello all'amatone e il controfiletto. Da ritornarci.

Siamo venuti per una cena in famiglia. Cibo di qualità, buono e, nella sua genuinità, presentato in maniera impeccabile. Il cameriere Filippo, preparato riguardo vini, grappe e liquori, ci ha seguito, durante la cena, con discrezione e professionalità. Sala calda e accogliente. Tutto perfetto dall’antipasto al caffè. Sicuramente esperienza da provare.

Bellissimo contesto con giardino vista lago. Interni curati d'epoca ..molto affascinati. La pietanza di carne da me scelta non era masticabile . Ma i mie commensali che hanno scelto altro hanno gradito. Ottimo il servizio

07/04/2024: Beautiful winery with large selection of Italian wines on enomatic system (4 enomats - every has 8 bottles). 16 wines were local including ripasso and amarone. There is nice selection of italian food. Great place. Service is friendly and professional.
04/04/2024: By far the best restaurant I’ve ever been too. Marco (the owner) takes the time to explain what goes into the food and how they cook everything. He knows about every wine he sells and can answer any questions you have. You can see the love and care that go into everything at Symposio. If you are in Verona, it is a MUST VISIT. I loved everything on the menu but by far my favourite was the Tiramisu, it is to die for.

23/05/2024: My experience was splendid in an equally splendid place, recommended by the hotelier where I stay for work, An uncontaminated mini village where in front of a church there is this restaurant where at the entrance I found a composed and well-groomed man with the spirit of a gentleman, making me sit down, he gave me the menu and clearly listed the off-menu items, the choice was not easy! However I chose a tartare, excellent, very good and well prepared. The only advice is to pay attention to the seasoning, but in any case, really very good especially accompanied by products from exceptional bakeries, then a nice first course of tagliolini with asparagus which was truly exceptional, rich in flavor and consistency to finish off a typical Bolognese dessert to which I couldn't say no, the trifle... unexpectedly good, congratulations Thanks to the joyful and sociable lady, prepared and very kind.
17/05/2024: Great food, very accommodating staff and no pizza. If you want to eat typical regional dishes and value good food, this is the right place for you. Map was translated into English by the owner, but I still had to enter a few things into my translator app 😉found it delicious and will definitely come back.
