An uncontaminated mini village where in front of a church there is this restaurant where at the entrance I found a composed and well-groomed man with the spirit of a gentleman, making me sit down, he gave me the menu and clearly listed the off-menu items, the choice was not easy! However I chose a tartare, excellent, very good and well prepared. The only advice is to pay attention to the seasoning, but in any case, really very good especially accompanied by products from exceptional bakeries, then a nice first course of tagliolini with asparagus which was truly exceptional, rich in flavor and consistency to finish off a typical Bolognese dessert to which I couldn't say no, the trifle... unexpectedly good, congratulations

17/05/2024: Great food, very accommodating staff and no pizza. If you want to eat typical regional dishes and value good food, this is the right place for you. Map was translated into English by the owner, but I still had to enter a few things into my translator app 😉found it delicious and will definitely come back.
