Tenuta Valcurone In Montevecchia

The restaurant looks elegant on the outside but does not match expectations. I ordered the tasting menu, but the price is too high for what it offers. I did not have the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes. The dishes tasted good but nothing spectacular. The service, however, was professional and courteous.

Il posto merita per la location, professionalità e la cortesia dei ragazzi che servono al tavolo. La cucina potrebbe essere meglio e più curata anche se non è male. Buoni gli antipasti e i formaggi. Il risotto è arrivato tiepido e con porzioni decisamente diverse tra un tipo e l’altro. I dolci sono particolari ed apprezzabili. Meno apprezzabile l’atteggiamento alla cassa. Il sito riporta testualmente “per te una bottiglia di vino al termine del tuo pranzo/cena” non esplicita una per tavolo. Se un tavolo è da 6 e in 6 pranzano o cenano per come è presentato sul sito, tutti gli iscritti alla news letter avrebbero diritto alla bottiglia, invece no e viene fatto presente in modo scocciato. Empatia… migliorabile Ringraziate il vostro personale e tenetevelo stretto!

Tutto davvero molto buono e anche il servizio cortese e impeccabile .. unico neo la carta vini, capisco l’esigenza e la voglia di proporre il vino della propria cantina .. ma con piatti di quella bontà’ e anche complessità una proposta più ampia ci vorrebbe..

Voto che rappresenta una media tra una location da 9 (molto bella e ben tenuta) e cibo da 6 per quanto mi riguarda. Antipasto dimenticabilissimo (salumi non sembravano di particolare qualitá). Piatto principale, guancia brasata, buono. Il dolce non mi ha soddisfatto.

An excellent tasting menu, original and well-prepared dishes and a romantic setting. 55 euros excluding drinks are a bit much but quality has a price.

Bel posto, curato e ben tenuto, servizio gentile e accorto, menù ristretto di ottima qualità, prezzo adeguato all’offerta. Unica pecca la cantina, offre solo vino autoprodotto, scelta un po’ limitante. Vale comunque una visita.

An enchanting place nestled in the hills of Brianza. Genuine and sophisticated food, accompanied by excellent wines from their cellar were a pleasant discovery for us. All combined with impeccable service and one of the most authentic locations in the area. One of the few places where the money spent is worth it, given the whole context. Compliments. I can't wait to go back.
