This is the most renowned takeaway pizzeria in the city of Carrara. The farinata they prepare, known as cecina or rather "la caldacalda" as the people of Carrara call it, is absolutely the best in the area. Seeing is believing!!!😁👍

Typical place in the historic center of Carrara, the managers are a bit grumpy but pizza farinata and focaccia are good to try

Historic pizzeria that offers the delicious "yum yum", which basically consists of filling a focaccia with a slice of farinata and one of pizza; the result is nothing short of sublime.

Luogo storico, ho trovato sia la signora che gli altri dello staff molto disponibili e gentili. La calda calda una vera esperienza, pizza e focaccia ottime. Inoltre offre la possibilità di sedersi a gustare le loro specialità nel locale prospiciente, seduti al caldo e ben decorato (come il negozio) per le festività per le festività natalizie. Elemento non da poco (per me) la digeribilità: tutto cotto e lievitato alla perfezione!

Assolutamente eccellente! Non puoi non mangiare la gnam gnam della signora Franca. Davvero gentile e amorevole! Ma poi tutto così buono dovete provarla !
