Not all options are available in the menu. I tried to order 2 different pastas or pizza. They were not available. We ordered homemade pasta, bruschetta and salad. The dishes are just ok. Nothing special. I can’t say it was tasty. The table was dirty. I would not recommend this place. You can find better restaurant in Sicily to really enjoy food.

Fantastic place, where you can taste real Sicilian cuisine starting from bread made in a wood oven, grilled appetizers, local cheeses, salami on the log. Handmade macaroni with ragù and mixed grill. To finish, freshly filled ricotta razor clams served with fennel rosolio and nipitella. What can I say, a true pleasure for the palate!!! I highly recommend it and it's definitely worth it.

Typical restaurant with ancient Sicilian culinary traditions, rich in flavours, colors and aromas. All the products used are exclusively local. Everything was delicious from starters to dessert. Compliments!!! I will return soon.

Fantastic dinner! I recommend the large spectacular starter! Local and tasty products, generous portions. Attentive and friendly staff. Welcoming environment with attention to detail with display of ancient rural tools. Definitely worth returning and recommending.

Excellent restaurant with Sicilian cuisine..

I had lunch in this place on a Sunday lunch after having been to the Alcantara elections. On Sundays only the fixed menu is offered, nothing against it, however at the time of telephone booking it could perhaps be specified so that if a person has intolerances or allergies it can possibly be regulated in another way. Some appetizers, two first courses, a mixed grill and two desserts are brought as well as coffee; some really good things like the baked potatoes, the sweet and sour pumpkin, the omelette with asparagus and the caponata, things that I ate entirely because my friend is allergic to them, something else perhaps to improve. The waitress was very kind, I asked if I could have the pasta with pistachio without cream (I can't eat it) and she granted my request. Maybe I would replace some plates as they are chipped. Slightly high price.

A great location that is not only visited by tourists. Sicilian food, good table wine and much more. You'll love coming back here!

Rustic and comfortable environment. Good quality dishes, best to avoid public holidays.

Entrati in questo locale per sbaglio, essendo di passaggio ci siamo fermati solo un panino e invece abbiamo avuto la sorpresa. Personale gentile, pane eccezionale con carne cotta alla griglia li davanti, yogurt per i bimbi fatto in casa, un primo eccezionale con pistacchio fresco. Il tutto all aperto sotto i raggi del sole e con animaletti intorno. Carina anche la sala interna. Locale sicuramente sottostimato, consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo pranzato un sabato di dicembre in questa “baita” con i bambini. Posto informale ma accogliente. Prezzi corretti. Menù bambini con cotoletta e patatine o pasta al sugo. Menù tipico, tutto buono e molto basico nella preparazione e presentazione. Dolci migliorabili. Carina l’area all’aperto anche con animali da far vedere ai bambini.
