As a tourist, I don’t feel treated equally as the locals in the restaurant. The main dishes were actually nice but:
- we feel like we were given a backstage area to sit when locals are given better areas in the front lounge
- the 6.5 euro a piece grilled vegetable dish was straight out of a microwave (we saw it because we were seated in the backstage area that is right in front of the kitchen) and not fresh
- the waiting staff were just doing their job but the ambience of the restaurant didn’t feel very friendly and inclusive
As compared to other similar restaurants in the area it just felt like a step down.

Trattorias are one of my favorite destinations, this one has a very high quality of product, the place is very well looked after, the products are well arranged and presented on the plates, the waiters are friendly and the place is clean

I must say that the judgment is never made for the habit but for the monk. Really good, I ate some prawn packages that took me to the seaside beach... an octopus that melted in my mouth... and a fried food that didn't even grease my fingers. Very polite, friendly and fast waiters! I recommend it to everyone again.

Great place, really good food. Super recommended. We ate there for lunch on Saturday. Mainly fish menu, well served and cooked. Excellent and courteous staff. Super dishes. If you want to binge on fish it's the best place to go...We will return without a doubt.

Location molto carina staff gentile ma per i piatti a base di pesce non ci siamo proprio la frittura di gamberi e calamari siamo lontani da anni luce da quella vera.

Very fresh fish, exquisite dishes, excellent quality/price ratio. Friendly and pleasant staff. The only small flaw: the open entrance door which, given the not very hot day, brought a draft of cold air to some diners. But the environment is very pleasant, the 4 stars are for their small inconvenience, not for the environment itself. I Piloti is my favorite fish restaurant in Verona

Io e il mio compagni siamo stati di recente a pranzo in questo locale e devo dire che si respira una bellissima aria di casa! Il personale è cordiale e molto attento a rendere il cliente soddisfatto e a casa sua. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto da 45€ per due persone e fritto misto, entrambi molto buoni ma secondo me un po’ pretenziosi €45 per un antipasto con molto pesce fritto il cui sapore veniva un po’ coperto.
In generale a parte questo non ho trovato pecche, è stato un piacere per noi essere vostri ospiti.
