Don't be fooled by the simplicity of the restaurant which is also clean and tidy: here you can eat well with both traditional and refined dishes (yesterday I had an entrée of grilled octopus in teriaky sauce on smoked potato foam, black olive powder and osmosis celery. First course: risotto with smoked pepper cream, anchovy powder and yogurt mayonnaise. Exquisite) A little lacking in wines but the pairings are guaranteed.
