Exceptional. I ate some flying truffle tagliolini 🤩 perfect fried pie and delicious cured meats, with cooked shoulder served just right hot. An intimate place in the center of Soragna. Top service and speed. I'll be back

The vault, always a certainty. Classic home-style trattoria from the lowlands. Precisely for this reason traditional dishes are excellent. Super anolini, delicious tortelli with herbs and cold cuts (culatello, raw ham, coppa, pancetta, Strolghino salami, very good. Account, fair for the quality of the food and inferior to more famous places in the surrounding area.

20/02/2024: If you want to fully enjoy the flavor of "the lowlands". Culatello appetizer, cooked shoulder and obligatory fried pie. Then any dish has an exceptional workmanship. Homemade mustard and Mariola the winning combination. House Lambrusco to accompany everything. Quiet place for an evening in good company. Watch out for the prices, you pay for quality.
