Location caratteristica accogliente ben arredata. Menu semplice con diverse proposte con piatti ricercati con prodotti della tradizione e locali. Personale gentile cordiale e disponibile, servizio piacevole e veloce. Piatti ben serviti saporiti e gustosi. Ampia scelta dalla carta dei vini. Prezzo nella media e proporzionato al tipo di locale.

Ad Aosta abbiamo provato diversi ristoranti e, specialmente nel centro, è difficile essere più che turistici, essendoci sempre molta gente. Questo locale è proprio in centro e arredato in tono moderno. Il locale non mi è sembrato climatizzato e infatti, a causa anche dell'imbottitura delle sedie e la tovaglia pesante, ho avuto molto caldo. Menù non solo valdostano, anzi, poco. Ho mangiato bene, ma senza esagerare, forse anche per colpa del caldo. Il servizio mi è sembrato a tratti assente, nel senso presente, ma senza passione. Qualche sorriso o mezze parole in più, avrebbero reso l'occasione più piacevole, il ristorante non ha un livello così alto, anche se non è di certo il classico locale per turisti.

Jolie salle et suggestions très bien. Plats locaux très bons. Carte des vins exceptionnelle ( un peu cher)

Excellent service, produits très bon. Pâtes aux bolets exceptionnelles! Il fait juste un peu chaud à l’intérieur du restaurant.

La Marmotta

19/05/2024: This new management of the former La Marmotta restaurant has truly left us speechless in every respect! The staff is really kind and super attentive, they accept dogs and are careful to serve a bowl of water immediately. While we waited they brought us super soft and tasty Moroccan bread which we finished in no time! For the rest, typical Aosta Valley cuisine with abundant dishes, quite refined and delicious (homemade pasta, even top ravioli!). Having a house nearby we will return often on our holidays! 5/5 compliments❤️ In the photo Moroccan bread and tagliatelle with cream, mushrooms and chestnuts. Correct price (even a little below the average of the restaurants further down in Saint Vincent)
19/05/2024: Sublime. We discovered this restaurant by chance, but it gave us an exquisite lunch with incredible dishes😋.

04/04/2024: One of the best pulled pork sandwiches I've ever tasted. Since it was the first time I only tried the Rock beer, with a very particular taste. Advised.
