Excellent appetizers, fantastic first courses, we had very tasty balanzoni with mortadella, not to mention the desserts, top with the pistachio salami. We will return to taste the meat-based second courses and other dishes. My compliments to the talented young owner and his attentive and friendly staff.

One of our favorites.. food, service, atmosphere all excellent. Extensive traditional menu with flare and a complete allergy breakdown for diners. We stop here with clients for our Lamborghini Day of Motors tours whenever possible!

Very positive experience...genuine and quality cuisine that respects the canonical rules of the Bolognese tradition and adds some more avant-garde touches without distorting its authenticity.

WEDNESDAY 27 MARCH we celebrated our son's graduation at the AMEDEA restaurant, an excellent choice I dare say...
They met our expectations…

Alcune sere fa abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante dove andavo da ragazzi tanti anni fa ovviamente rimodernato ambiente carino e sevizio buono.
Tagliatelle lisce discreto ragù uguale i tortellini e la ricotta molto cremosa.Polpette e ( pochi piselli )cosi così è molto unte. Anche i dolci così così Conto giusto

A few evenings ago we had dinner in this restaurant where I went as kids many years ago, obviously renovated, nice atmosphere and good service.
Smooth tagliatelle, decent ragù, as well as tortellini and very creamy ricotta. Meatballs and (a few peas) so-so it's very greasy. Even the desserts are so-so. Fair account

The Epiphany takes away all the celebrations...but the AMEDEA restaurant is always a world of taste. Everything was spectacular as always, excellent arista (chef Simone's dish of the day), tagliatella without words and MR. FRIGGIONE as a true Bolognese accompanies you in your lunch in harmony. I also really appreciated the excellent wine recommended by the owner Luca, an excellent zero-mile red. Valentina's smile is contagious. Thank you very much guys
