I highly recommend this small, well-kept and strong culinary reality, exceptional cuisine, authentic and artisanal flavours, from starters to dessert everything was perfect, fried polenta, lard and gorgonzola, half moons with asparagus and culatello, porchetta with potatoes, all truly delicious, the The owner is a really good person capable of putting you at ease, it's a shame that he really discovered it at the end of our stay.

Su indicazioni di conoscenti abbiamo provato questa trattoria, luogo accogliente e pulito, abbiamo mangiato tanto e bene, ottimo lo gnocco fritto e il prosciutto, ottimi tutti i primi compreso il cinghiale, buoni i secondi che però non abbiamo provato bene, dovremo tornare per completare l'opera! prezzi in linea, assolutamente consigliato.

Inizia malissimo la cena da Ceriati: intenti ad ordinare un po di antipasti di salume veniamo quasi obbligati a prendere più cesti di torta fritta rispetto a quelli inizalmente stimati perchè a dire del cameriere, il pane è fatto da loro ed è contato (prima volta che lo sento dire in quanto solitamente il pane, in italia, è buona regola metterlo a pagamento nel coperto ma senza che abbia un limite di quantità). Infatti insieme agli altipasti di salumi arrivano le torte fritte e ben un cestino di pane. La cena prosegue, abbiamo scento di prendere in 9 circa 6 kg di fiorentina e a quel punto ci arriva addirittura un altro cestino di pane. Veramente non sufficiente rispetto alle necessità di 9 adulti con della carne in tavola. Alla richiesta del terzo cestino di pane sono passati svariati minuti, a carne ormai finita. A parte la disavventura del pane, creata dal cameriere che pensava fosse fatto d'oro, il cibo era buono come sempre e il prezzo giusto.
