Saying it's spartan is an understatement, you feel like you're in the living room of your grandmother's house. Also because Vincenzo is nice and friendly and it was pleasant to chat with him and all the other guests. The cuisine is typical with local products and meats. Everything excellent, very honest prices. We will definitely be back.

The family welcome, the cuisine like that of home, the authenticity of the products make it an essential stop for anyone who goes to Potenza even just passing through. We had lunch at Vincenzo's while passing through Potenza. The experience is absolutely unique, in a world, like today's, made of fast, industrialized and laboratory foods. Vincenzo offers poor, rustic cuisine, with traditional ingredients. It doesn't have a line, with set ingredients and a certain amount covered to be made at all costs. It's as if you go to visit a relative, who knows how to shop and cook, and who says to you: "Listen, I have this to consume. Would you like if I cut out the pasta and eat it?". Menu spoken orally, a chat with the innkeeper in the ancient way; you eat, you get up, you pay the right amount and you leave, aware that places like this practically don't exist anymore and that there are even fewer people who appreciate such genuine experiences.
