Saturday lunch, there were 13 of us, fixed menu €35 each. Encore of first courses (tortellini with cream and rosettes) very good, gnocco and tigelle with cheeses, cured meats, lard and parmesan, stewed sausage, rabbit and chicken hunter, all very good and plentiful. Also including coffee and bitters. Everything was perfect and very good, the only negative thing was that they brought everything to us very quickly and there was no time to rest between one course and another. Friendly waitresses and excellent view of the hills, shame about the bad weather.

The best tortellini in Modena for me. Superlative gnocco and tigelle and excellent quality meats. Waiters and managers always friendly and smiling. For more than 20 years, a point of reference for me and my family.

Classic Modenese trattoria, located at the foot of the Puianello sanctuary with a beautiful view of the valley. The food is good and plentiful, (tortelloni better than tagliatelle) and the prices are very honest! One of the few trattorias that makes rosettes! In terms of "environment" it is a simple trattoria with no frills, it has a nice veranda where you can enjoy a sunny day

Locale situato sulle colline modenesi adiacente al santuario da cui si può ammirare uno splendido panorama sulla distesa della pianura e sulle montagne adiacenti degli Appennini. L'ambiente interno è molto grande e adatto per pranzi con gruppi numerosi che però generano molto rumore. Propongono una eccellente cucina tradizionale del territorio con prezzi alla portata (raro di questi tempi). Il parcheggio è limitato ma è sfruttabile quello del monastero da cui puoi raggiungere il ristorante con un piccolo e veloce attraversamento. Personale disponibile e attento alle richieste. Una nota negativa la difficoltà a parlarsi per il vociare dato dalle numerose persone presenti.

Attiguo al celebrato Santuario della B. V. Della Salute di Puianello (MO), in amena posizione e con ampia vista sulla valle sottostante, sorge questa ormai storica trattoria montanara. Locali spaziosi, ordinati, tavoli comodi e clima di familiare cordialità predispongono il cliente ad una esperienza sicuramente positiva e gratificante. Per esserci stato più volte in passato e sulla scorta della mia ultima recentissima visita, posso confermare che qui, nella Trattoria del Colle, la rinomata tradizione modenese declinata alla maniera montanara trova la sua celebrazione più autentica. Paste fatte a mano tutte ( tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle) , le mitiche tigelle, lo gnocco fritto, la cacciatora, arrosti vari, zuppa inglese e via dicendo in un tripudio di sapori gustosissimi. I prezzi poi sono assolutamente convenienti. Vale la pena di salire sul colle.
