We had a very, very tasty lunch there in a rustic atmosphere and with friendly service. A great place to enjoy real Sardinian cuisine with the whole family!

Typical Sardinian meal without fail, everything was simple, very good and affordable.
A cuisine without fuss but authentic.
If you go through Cuglieri, it’s a must.

We randomly stumbled upon this small town, Culiersi.
We found the restaurant while walking through its alleys..
What can I say, true Sardinian cuisine combined with kindness and courtesy.
Starters of vegetables in oil, delicious sweet and sour, various cured meats and pecorino cheese.
Then we had the first course, the gnocchi and ravioli with ricotta were also excellent...
We didn't get to the second course, but we ended with the seadas with honey, homemade myrtle that looked like syrup...
What can I say if not everything is magnificent...
The very kind Mrs. Pina advised us on what to visit in the area with the simplicity and kindness of those who care about their country...
I recommend it to you.

We were enchanted by everything. The owner Pina is unique. We asked to have dinner with the Sardinian pig that same morning and it was ready by the evening. Which is not so simple if you want quality. The rest of the courses are also spectacular, with Sardinian characteristics. Everything top. Complements to all the staff.

Mrs. Pina...a wonderful person, perhaps she works a little too much, she took care of the whole room by herself, but the service was excellent.
The food was excellent, a myriad of appetizers, marinated chickpeas, exquisite fritters, sweet and sour onions and in different ways, two excellent first courses, tagliatelle with wild boar and malloreddus with bacon and asparagus. At the end of the meal... a "gem", the fennel liqueur (never seen it before. We have to go back, go there.

Un posto accogliente e familiare. Siamo stati a pranzo e abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione a base di antipasti di terra, formaggi e verdure, due primi, tre diverse specialità di carne accompagnate da verdure di stagione, frutta, dolcetti, caffè e digestivo. Tutto ottimo e abbondante. La proprietaria molto cordiale e gentile.

Al Desogos si mangiano i piatti della tradizione. La signora Pina è l’instancabile anima della sala. Attenta, sorridente, disponibile anche a fine serata quando la serata giunge al termine. Da qualche tempo la giovane Giulia e il marito, hanno portato una ventata di gioventù e innovazione. Ottimo il maialetto, il cinghiale e l’asinello molto buoni, Stratosferici i ravioli. I posti all’esterno sono molto caratteristici, ma lo spazio è essenziale e diventa difficile gestire i piatti con gli antipasti.
