Passing through after a wonderful visit to the Frasassi caves, quality raw materials, perhaps not too attentive staff and slightly above average prices (but it's all there as it's a long tourist trip) overall we had a good time. I absolutely recommend the fried sage, DIVINE. The cold cuts and cheese platter can be avoided, it's no big deal. Thank you

The restaurant is located in the Marche countryside, near the wonderful Frasassi caves. The place is simple and welcoming. The dining room staff is always kind to customers, even when they are subjected to pressure due to crowded rooms. In this case the waiting times between courses can be a little long. The dishes on the menu respect the Marche tradition: the egg pasta, or simply water and flour, are excellent, and are served with attractive condiments, such as broad beans, truffles and typical sauces. Fossa pecorino is simply delicious, whether melted on bruschetta or grated on pasta with broad beans. The mutton with sauce is of a good standard. The wine list has few labels, but there is no shortage of the excellent Verdicchio dei Castelli di Iesi, which also pairs perfectly with meat dishes. The rooms are a little noisy. It would be advisable to carry out work on the ceilings to limit the sound reverberation due to customers' voices. Congratulations for the excellent cuisine. The quality-price ratio is balanced.

🌱we tried this restaurant at the end of the visit to the Caves and we booked last minute. Unfortunately on Sunday lunch the restaurant is very popular and the service has suffered as a result (everyone is super busy but too few for the number of seats) We tried both the appetizers (the beaten egg with truffles was amazing) and the first courses, excellent with their homemade pasta (the pincinelle were delicious). Several vegetarian choices Probably the best restaurant in three days in the Marche, shame about the long wait at the table. If it's a "tourist" day, arm yourself with a lot of patience, but it's worth it
