Trattoria Pizzeria da Mario In Canosa di puglia

27/01/2024: We went to this pizzeria one winter evening. We were welcomed into the internal room and I immediately appreciated the location. We ordered pizzas by the meter but they were not available on Saturday so we opted for two half-meter pizzas and I must say that the quality is good. The speck and mozzarella rolls arrived after the pizzas and we appreciated them a little less. Overall it's a good pizzeria.

19/01/2024: With truffles I recommend it. I don't like cold burrata on pizza, but it's a matter of taste. The dough is thin crispy, well cooked, not burnt.
