Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Apprezzato il vino della casa. E' una trattoria vera, la tartare era ottima, la carne del vitello tonnato pure. La verdura della salsa russa era giustamente al dente e senza troppa maionese; che ucciderebbe i sapori della verdura. Abbiamo chiesto una passata di tartufo che è stata generosa e molto gradita sulla pasta e sull'uovo. Vorrei tornare per il fritto misto alla piemontese o per qualche altro piatto speciale, ma sarà bene chiedere le date. Ho saputo che fanno anche la giornata del bollito misto, già tutto esaurito, magari prenoterò il prossimo anno. Deve essere gradevole mangiare fuori nella bella stagione; da tornare.
