Sono stato in questo ristorante, nel centro di Pinerolo, con amici in occasione di un compleanno ed altre ricorrenze. L'arredamento colpisce già a prima vista per originalità e la cura dei dettagli anche i minimi. L'accoglienza è indubbiamente professionale ma nel contempo molto cordiale. I piatti serviti e saggiamente spiegati, sono molto originali e tutti apprezzabili per gusto e qualità con la particolarità, tuttaltro che scontata, di essere apprezzabili anche olfattivamente e ben delineati nel sapore, materia prima per materia prima. Eccellenti e profumati i vini rossi francesi. Altra particolarità di rilievo è il servizio ottimamente gestito e condotto con a disposizione una rosa di lingue tra cui francese, inglese, ed altre ancora. I prezzi infine sono assolutamente in linea con la generale qualità, senza eccessi. Ottimo. Vannja

returned after a few months, I can only say that chef Milone and his staff deserve the reconfirmation of the star, the chef continues to not disappoint with his constant search for the best local products, dishes that speak for themselves. It gives us a wonderful lesson in life and the constant desire to overcome the limits that life places on us. Christian you are GREAT!

Let's start from the location. Very intimate environment with attention to every detail. As for the food, the dishes are exquisite and always taken care of down to the smallest details. Two menus, the 1975, every single dish was delicious, honorable mention for the plin in broth and what a broth! The market, with dishes that vary according to the season, always has something new to try. Excellent wine list with proposals of all kinds. Impeccable service, very knowledgeable and kind. Taking advantage of the business breakfast menu, I was able to try almost all the dishes and I haven't yet found one that hasn't wowed me. Every time coming to try Chef Christian's cuisine is a pleasure. Definitely the best restaurant in the Pinerolo area and surrounding areas.
