Vinum- L'enoteca In Latina

Siamo tornati da vinum dopo un poi di tempo ed abbiamo provato il loro menu degustazione. Antipasto "sottobosco" molto particolare. Tortellini buonissimi, Carbonara da manuale. Il piatto più buono è stato l'agnello con le patate. Morbido e succoso.. si è fatto mangiare! Buoni anche i dolci e la bollicina consigliata dal Sommelier.

Locale provato sempre dopo cena per un dolce e un qualcosa da bere, dolci particolari con ottimi abbinamenti suggeriti in maniera impeccabile dal proprietario molto competente, perché tre stelle e non 4 che era la giusta votazione, perché il mio rhum buono ma decisamente inferiore ad una porzione normale.

A pleasant discovery... Located in the center of Latina, it offers a welcoming and very beautifully set up place, simple in taste and warm. The friendliness of the owner. And the waitress made the dinner very pleasant, but the real highlight…. The flavors… I ordered a mix of cream soups with mushrooms on the side 👏🏻 Second: some really good, good, good ribs.. 👏🏻 Well advised on the wines, we left satisfied and with the desire to try the rest of the menu next time.
