The cassatelle (horse meatballs with pistachio) are a must try. When other places change, in prices, quality and products, Mantellina remains the same: Excellent!

25/05/2024: Ci siamo fermati qui per mangiare e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Abbiamo optato per il menù del pranzo con il grill mix e un white mountain mix. Carne cotta al punto giusto, patatine fritte ottime. Il servizio puntuale e veloce, personale molto gentile e cortese. Locale pulito e igienizzato, consigliatissimo.

07/04/2024: The one in Belpasso (Etnapolis) has always been the best OWW in the Catania area. The difference has always been made by the staff as they are capable, professional, good-looking, very sociable but not intrusive and who believe in their work. the rest is completed by the very high quality of the raw materials and the excellent preparation of the cuisine. Large rooms Ideal for families and anyone who wants to spend a cheerful evening. Possibility to play at the end of the meal with a varied variety of board games. Five-a-side football, carom and giant screen complete the setting. In my opinion, the choice of beers offered is limited but very suitable. Medium-high prices but you pay for the quality!!! Checking the green pass and all the procedures required during this pandemic. Good fun

29/03/2024: Davvero un bel locale con una bella atmosfera, cibo qualità prezzo davvero ottima, presenza di carni veramente importanti che prevalgono con autorità sulla presentazione del locale... personale professionale e molto disponibile... lo consiglio a tutti coloro che hanno voglia di mangiare della "VERA" carne a doc👌e vuole svariate anche con panini e antipasti da leccarsi i baffi. Davvero un bel 10!

15/05/2024: A very nice restaurant, with wonderful food. There are absolutely no complaints. We had a mixed anti pasti platter with salami and sausage, with carpaccio and bread. Then a typical Sicilian schnitzel with roasted potatoes. It was all very tasty.

18/05/2024: I think this is the best gelato you’ll get in Siracusa. There’s something really right about having simple, uncomplicated flavours with high quality ingredients that speak for themselves. We came here to try the local pistachio gelato. I ordered a cone with just the one flavour which I don’t usually do but I felt the pistachio needed to not be imposed upon by other scoops. It was everything perfect, a nutty roasted delight, perfect sweetness, big serving and the waffle cone really topped it off, high quality and truly delicious. We ended up coming back several times to eat the pistachio again and try other flavours. Would definitely recommend the local hazelnut and the almond too. We sat out the front watching the evening go by, super lovely. Very yum.

07/04/2024: We had dinner at the Tavernetta with my family, ordering pizzas, one of which was gluten-free. The choice of gluten-free pizza was conditioned by the toppings available without contamination, however the dough was good and soft!

30/03/2024: A space-saving place that mainly serves outdoor tables overlooking the town's pedestrian area. I had dinner with Piedmontese Fassona fillet with a side of mashed potatoes and draft beer. Food served well. The meat cooked as requested was tasty and of good quality. Friendly and helpful staff. Service at the right times. Possibility to choose between different brands of good beer. Prices on average in relation to what I consumed.

Io ho ordinato un pesce spada con insalata siciliana, mentre la mia fidanzata ha scelto delle busiate con gamberi rossi di Mazara del Vallo. Entrambi i piatti erano deliziosi e perfettamente preparati. Il personale è stato super gentile e molto simpatico, facendoci sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo! 6 stelle per il cameriere con il quale abbiamo discusso di Cowboy Bebop!

Essential menu, including traditional Sicilian and international dishes, including tongs, pleasantly elaborated, paying attention to the seasonality of the raw materials used. Particularly positive note goes to their home made breads and pastas. Decent wine list, unfortunately, latent in the section dedicated to bubbles, full-bodied, instead of excellent cocktails. Friendly, fast helpful service, where a friendly, funny and thoughtful "Patron" is the key. Excellent value for money, especially for the excellent The Fork discounts promptly applied

14/05/2024: Beautiful place with excellent service. The pizza was very good. One of the few places where it's done well. The dishes of the day offered by the chef are also good. The craft beers are also good.
