17/05/2024: A dinner full of surprises: arriving 10 minutes before the reservation and almost annoyed by our presence they made us sit at the table. With the presence of other customers, the wait at the table lasts more than 20 minutes without a menu or semblance of service. After a nice presentation of the off-menu items, mostly an explanation of the changes to the dishes on the menu (with prices that many say are high, it's the details that make the difference, advice to spend time reprinting the menu), you take the ordering. The wine was suggested by the sommelier, we were not served a wine list, knowing the cellar we knew the prices and labels of the same but someone could be scared (the prices are high) The food is good, you can see the research but in Italy, nothing more; finally a surprise of simplicity in the waitress of foreign origins and the Spanish boy who brought happiness and lightness back to a mediocre dinner.
