04/05/2024: The Trinità trattoria has always been an excellent place, but now they have outdone themselves even more. Very welcoming environment, fantastic and helpful owners and staff. Delicious dishes is an understatement... Always impeccable service. Kindness and courtesy are not lacking, when I said that we were there to celebrate my husband's birthday, when the dessert arrived we had a pleasant surprise with the candle to celebrate.

18/05/2024: Simple but welcoming environment. Excellent quality and price ratio. Good quality and well cooked food. I'll come back.

16/05/2024: A location located in a place surrounded by nature among vineyards and wineries. The restaurant is very nice and consists of two rooms inside and one room outside. The veranda was not open when we went because the weather still did not allow it. It is a welcoming place where you find many interesting furnishing objects such as for example at the entrance there is a bookcase with a gramophone on top. The tables are well spaced despite the different shapes, there are round, square and rectangular tables. As soon as we arrived we waited a few minutes before a waiter took us to the table we had booked since it was Sunday evening. Once seated they immediately brought us bread with some breadsticks made by them, but they didn't ask us if we wanted water, much less brought us the menus. We waited 5 minutes then I called the waitress to ask for some water and if she could give us the menus so we could order later. We choose the dishes and the wine, but not even a trace of the waitress. I look around and notice that at 9pm there are only 4 more tables than us and this long wait is not justified. After 10 minutes the waitress arrives and we finally order. I order the tagliatelle with mushrooms: delicious! Too bad it doesn't say anywhere on the menu that they come with tomato. By now I had waited too long to send the dish back. Shortly after finishing the first courses, the second courses arrive, I also asked for the courgette parmigiana from off the menu: delicious too! It's time for dessert: we ask for the dessert menu and even there the wait to order it is long. After a while the waitress arrives and we ask for info on the berries because finding them fresh seems impossible, but once again frozen. The delicious desserts arrive, it's time for the coffee... now all the tables have stood up, but we no longer see any waiters arriving. I'm still waiting but nothing... so I decide to get up and go to pay because I shouldn't have to wait so long even for a coffee! Too bad about the service, but all the dishes were excellent! I recommend eating the piserei and the bacon with fried polenta which are amazing. The wine we chose is a sweet Bonarda of their production, very good!

02/04/2024: I was on Easter Monday. Excellent starters, very good first courses, some reservations about second courses.

24/03/2024: Wonderful lunch experience with friends. Mixed cured meat appetizer. Very good. The coppa was very seasoned with an excellent contrast between the consistency of the fleshy part and the melting one of the fatty part. First course of tortelli with asparagus (it was off the menu). Very delicate. Main course of beef tartare and grilled cockerel (not on the menu) to be shared with the diners. Everything excellent. Pleasant environment, with the warmth of the fireplace lit on a windy day. Very attentive and kind service.
